This cabin has many fun and entertaining things to do on the property. Or you can spend the day enjoying the community game room, tennis courts and indoor heated pool. You can also enjoy a relaxing bonfire, hot tub, playing cornhole with friends and family, fishing right off the bank of the river, or just relaxing on the front porch watching the deer that walk through. This cabin even includes a Man Cave downstairs where you can play pool, watch a movie. This 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bath cabin is located in the Coosawatee River Resort which has two fishing ponds where you can go and fish at or even just go to relax and watch the ducks and geese. A shared playground for the younger ones including play sets and swings right around the corner. So, if you enjoy nature this cabin is for you! This is definitely a cabin that can be enjoyed year round and is minutes from stores, restaurants, and Ellijay attractions.

We decided to spend spring break here for a small family vacation. We had a good stay, but some of things with the house/property need some TLC. It seems to be an older house that has been rented out a lot. I had to rewash some of the dishes because there was old food stuck on them. The faucet in one of the bathrooms needs to be bolted down. There was trash under the couch in the upstairs living room. There were handprints all over the glass doors. We bought food to grill, and had to go purchase a small grill because the one on the property was in rough shape and looked as if someone had used it as an ash tray. There were several light bulbs out in various places. Other than that, we had a great stay and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed watching the deer and did absolutely nothing on this vacation.

My family of 10 adults and two children easily stayed in this house and had plenty of room to get alone time if anyone needed it. The back yard was a big hit with two decks, a large fire pit area, and the the river shoreline immediately behind the house.

Needs some maintenance. Beds are comfortable and cabin has a nice layout. Back deck is rotting and needs to be blown off. Back yard could use some weed wacking and it’s not easy to get down to the river. Outdoor garbage was never picked up and house cleaners could do a better job as there was trash left on side of bed and some other areas. Couldn’t find remotes for two tvs and basement had a moldy couch that needs to be removed.
