About this house rental
Beautiful riverfront house on the Coosawattee River in Ellijay, GA. This home is 2 stories with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a hot tub! The first level has an indoor gas fireplace and a deck that spans the entire length of the house to sit on and enjoy the river and nature. The second level has a game room with foosball, an arcade game, and board games for some good family fun. In addition, the upper level has windows that span the entire length of the house to get some amazing views of one of the widest bends in the river in the area. There is also an outdoor gas grill if you want to cook out while enjoying the sounds of the water rushing by.
Included with your fees is access to certain amenities in the Coosawattee River Resort such as fishing at the stocked Beaver Lake pond, access to the parks inside, amongst others things.
You have the option to purchase a punch card to use to access other amenities in the area such as the gym, arcade room, basketball/tennis courts, mini golf, pools, etc... If interested in more information contact myself at least 1 week or more before your stay. Punch cards are $90/card and have 7 punch slots per card. Each punch slot gets up to 4 people into any 1 amenity for the entire day and you can use 2 punches per card per day.

Inside of house was clean, the beds comfortable. The fire pit area and dock along was very relaxing. Overall we had a good time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at River Bend very much. Every room was just as described and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were set up great for families traveling with their children and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Also, the views from every room were spectacular! We also enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings for making S’mores while listening to the river. And the hot tub was a nice feature as well. The road is curvy getting to the house, but it is an adventure too. My grandkids loved counting how many deer they saw on the ride to the house. There are many steps as you enter the home but that help to offset all the S’mores and apple cider doughnuts that were eaten. Overall, beautiful scenery, beautiful accommodations, and the host was hospitable and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend staying at River Bend.

Would not recommend this house for anyone with issues of climbing stairs for access to the house. The are 34 steps and that is the only way to access the house. The location right on the Coosawattee River is beautiful.
