Escape to this unique getaway and enjoy all the amenities of the Coosawattee River Resort, including nearby tennis courts, pool, and exercise facilities. The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate 10 people with three full bathrooms and a downstairs game room with ping pong and foosball tables. Melt away stress and warm up from the mountain air in an authentic Swedish hot rock sauna or experience the calming jets of the hot tub on the private screened deck at this modern cabin home.
This eco-friendly residence features natural wood throughout, unique artwork, contrasting textures and patterns, and an outdoor dining space overlooking backyard woods where deer frequently ramble. This was my first trip to this area and this house was a great rental and much more fairly priced than most of the others I looked at. We had a rough check-in because the door keypad died, but I was able to get in contact with the rental agency fairly quickly and they had a secondary provision to get us in. There was plenty of space and a nice firepit area. We enjoyed the extra space in the garage and street-side parking - the driveway is VERY steep and narrow so it was nice for some of us to park next to the street. The house is also in a nice community and it has access to a pond, 'park' type grassy area, and a river with picnic tables - however, we got hassled by the gate guard almost every time we came in which was very frustrating. Overall I would rent here again, especially at the competitive pricepoint.

The house was wonderful. Staff worked with us after an accident caused us to be delayed. Will definitely stay here again. Loved the deer that visited every morning. Peaceful place.

The property was lovely. Communication was excellent. Slept 10 comfortably. We brought our own groceries and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make everything we ate during our stay. Check in and check out went smoothly. There’s tons of board games, a bonfire, and a jacuzzi on the property. The only thing I would say is the property is in a neighborhood and quite close to other homes. So if you’re looking for something secluded, consider that.

House was exceptionally clean, well stocked with some extra supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc) and plenty of activities for kids and adults alike.
Only downfall would be if you had anyone in your group with mobility issues. We did not, but the house is not set-up for anyone with walking issues nor wheelchair. The driveway is also very steep, albiet concrete...and the neighbors are very close and permanent residents who are not keen on having a short term rental nearby.
Overall we loved the house. So if you have no one with mobility issues and do not mind close neighbors, the house is a fantastic option!!!
