This truly is an amazing house located in the heart of the mountain in the Christie Heights neighbourhood off Ski Hill Road leading up to the base of Peak 8 and 7. Perfectly located to access the main ski area or walk into town. It is adjacent to the Nordic Centre, perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, Snow Cat tours as well as Apres Ski. Great views of the top of the ski runs and surrounding mountain range. Within walking distance is the Breckenridge Gondola Shock Hill access which takes you directly up to the base of Peak 7 & 8 or down town, avoiding long lines at peak times up u. Alternatively there is a free 3 minute bus route both up the mountain to the base of Peak 7 & 8 or directly into town. Luxury at its finest, massive grand room, games area with pool table, outdoor hot tub, indoor jacuzzi bath, open fire places, gourmet kitchen with professional appliance’s including dual Ninja air fryer and bar area. Great house with plenty of space to relax and cook. Hot tub right outside the master bedroom. Great for a large family.

This is a townhome with four levels, so a lot of stairs. Kitchen, living room and dining area are on the entry level. Everything else is a climb or a descent. Master BR suite was spacious. Parking is a bit tight. Dining area also a bit cramped. Owner has lots of rules.
