Simos Villas Coral Bay, Paphos
Excellent two bedroom en-suite villas, located 900m - walking distance from famous Coral Bay centre, the most popular of Paphos resorts. These attractive, sunshine villas share the same scenic location and beautiful panoramic sea views. Ideally located, close to Coral Bay and 20 minutes drive from Paphos town and main tourist area. Buses run every 20' from early morning hours till very late hours.
Each villa has an open-plan lounge and dining room with internet TV ( channels for all over the world ), DVD and fast Wi-Fi Internet, which is separated by a breakfast bar from an open-plan kitchen with washing machine oven and hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and plenty cooking utensils and equipment.
Two pretty en-suite spacious bedrooms ( 1 double & 1 twin ) with bed linen, towels, iron and hair dryer provided.
Sliding doors lead out to spacious covered veranda with view to the pool & pool patio and amazing, stunning view to the ocean and bananas plantations.
The villas are surrounded with big patio areas, with their own BBQ and garden planted with spiky palms and colorful flowers. Each villas pool lies in endless sunshine.
Air-conditioning (hot & cold air) in bedrooms payable locally at €6 per unit per day.
Baby cot and high chair available on request.
It's a family run business and our main concern and priority, is to make your holiday as possible pleasant, relaxing and no worries.
Our house is in the same huge land (9500sqm) as our villas and we are here for you at any time, day or night should you need us.

Even before arriving to Cyprus, Simos offered to get basic shopping items for our arrival. We arrived very late due to delays, approx 1 am.Simos had everything ready for us.The villa was wonderful and Simos came to greet us in the morning.He was absolutely wonderful, friendly and made us feel very welcome.We had a fantastic time and didn't want to leave.Even on our last day, Simos extended our departure time due to late flight.We couldnt ask for more.We thank Simos for a memorable and fabulous holiday.We will absolutely be returning.

April 2024, we cannot fault a single thing ! Everything was just perfect, a spotlessly clean, well furnished and comfortable villa with great views. A fabulous quiet location, but fairly close to beaches, restaurants, shops etc. The host Simos, is a lovely helpful man. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little patch of paradise, and can't wait to return. Angie & Steve
