Free car.Luxury 2 bedrooms villa with swimming pool.

We loved the privacy and the security of this villa, electric gates and electric shutters on all the windows. The car was a bonus but my husband only drives an automatic at home so it would have been nice if this was an option but we did use the car but didn't go too far. The views are amazing it was just so nice to sit and look at them for hours. The villa was spotless and there is everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, what would be really nice would be to have sky tv, there is a tv package that is English but I would willingly pay more for a sky tv package. All in all we had a relaxing holiday at villa Suzana, so much so we booked it again for next year while we were there. I must not forget to mention George what a lovely man, he brought us sweet treats and gifts when we left, any problems George is there in no time to sort things out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Villa Suzana for a nice quiet relaxing holiday with plenty of extra activities for you to enjoy like the pool table, a swing, slide and seesaw for the kids and even a table tennis table. I think it will definitely be our go to place yearly in the future.

Our host George is always very helpful and if anything goes wrong he is there to sort it out. The car is an extra bonus. We have stayed here 4 times over the years and the villa is within walking distance of Philippos supermarket and Neos Sports Bar and restaurant which is very good and has live music every week. The cost is very reasonable and the place clean so can recommend it.

This is an ideal property for location, everything is easily accessible. The pool was stunning, the area around the pool could do with tidying up. Andreas was very helpful. The lighting in the bedrooms could be better and lacked mirrors.

Villa Suzanna is not a luxury villa. The description and details on VRBO need to be updated. The company rep who visited us was very helpful. I did report issues (below) to her regarding the villa, which she said would be sorted.Positives:Panoramic sea views from the pool area with sun all day - 10/10Coral Bay strip - 20 restaurants/bars. 5 min drive/35 min walk - 10/10Beaches - Clean & tidy. Lots of parking. 7 min drive/40 min walk - 8/10Philippo's supermarket - Everthing you need. 5 min drive/30 min walk - 10/10Private location - The nearest villa is 100 metres away - 8/10Free car with private drive - Only 3rd party insurance (fire and theft not included!)) - 6/10The villa's plug sockets are standard UK 3-pin.UK Freeview TV channels but poor WiFi (18Mbps). What needs attention:Wooden sun loungers, cushion coverings, swing, slide, see-saw and football net need replacing with new.Only one sun shade, the 2nd one is broken.Pool area and garden are shabby. Footwear required when walking around the pool due to coarse surface.The pool is vacuumed once a week and pH checked. Unfortunately, the pool has a green tide mark!If you decide to stay at the villa ask Andreas if someone can collect you from and drop you off at the airport. Peyia and the area around Coral Bay are beautiful. We will stay in this area again but in a different villa.
