Excellent standard at a fair price

The location is a little out of town, but great value for money. Morven (our host) was very attentive and ensured we were settled in and had all we needed. The flat is finished to a great standard, and the little touches such as the continental breakfast and well-equipped kitchen made it a very enjoyable stay.

Great property with a wonderful host

The apartment was very well appointed, recently renovated and very clean. The space was good in terms of size and very comfortable. Our host, Morvern, was lovely to deal with and provided amenities above and beyond what we expected. There were a lot of little extras that made our stay more enjoyable. We would have enjoyed a longer stay, but our schedule did not permit it.

Members of our party are very sensitive to scented products (air fresheners, detergents), which were used in the apartment.

A lovely stay in a beautiful town with an excellent host - we had a great stay !

Very clean modern apartment on ground floor, a few external steps with handrail fitted. Kitchen well equipped for self catering if needed, and a lovely addition of a well-supplied welcome tray - thank you!! Communication with the host was quick, friendly and very helpful!

Nothing about the accommodation - but be aware that Oban is hilly and parking can be difficult in high season!

nice flat in quite area

Well equiped kitchen incl. small brakefeast, washing maschine for longer stay, heating per room changeable. Looks freshly renovated. Quiet location at the boarder of Oban, but tourist center easy reachable with 20min walk.

Rather small table for 4 people. Could hear neighbors during sports TV. Streets nearby are blockef with cars.

An excellent base from which to explore the many delights of Oban

The apartment has been well renovated and is a comfortable place to stay for a small family or one or two couples. In addition, the host had thoughtfully provided many things in the kitchen including fruit, tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, cookies and crisps.

Lovely!

About a 20 min pleasant walk to downtown Oban. We had a car so moving around was not an issue. Everything in the house was clearly marked so there was no scop for confusion (esp with light/heater switches, laundry etc.). Host has thoughtfully provided everything to make one's stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Can't find any faults in the place, but if you want to stay close to town, this may not be your choice.

My bed was very firm so not to my taste but the linen was very comfortable. A bit longer walk to the town than anticipated with hills to negotiate but the property was faultless with a lovely sunny decking area.

The host, Morvern, responded very quickly to any queries and the essentials she leaves in the apartment are ideal and appreciated. Our 11 o'clock checkout extension was great too.

A beautiful place to stay.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was very comfortable and the host left us some very welcome goodies including milk and cereal. We would recommend this lovely home to everyone. It was not far from the very pretty city of Oban.

Lovely stay. Truly modern apartment. Plenty of street parking around the apartment. 5 minutes drive into town. Enjoyed the outside terrace in the front. Kitchen well equipped with plentiful snacks, breakfast items, and milk in the refrigerator upon arrival. Washer came in handy. Great communication.

Location was fine but quite steep for walking but taxi was less than £5 into town. The apartment was exceptionally well decorated and very quiet. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. We definitely recommend and we stay again.

The apartment was an excellent , 20 minute walk from town but exceptionally quiet. We even spotted deer from the bedroom which was a nice. We would have no hesitation staying there again, we met the host as we arrived a lot earlier than we’d expected and she was extremely helpful and showed us round the property and told us a little about the

Good stay, lovely host

The property was exactly as described and very clean. We had a good stay and a lovely welcome breakfast box from the host on arrival with an Easter treats for our girls as we stayed over Easter weekend, a very thoughtful touch!

The location of this flat isn’t far from the shops etc but is about 15-20min walk and you do have some steep hills to walk before you get to the shops/restaurants. There was a parking spot right outside. Overall good stay.

excellent size and well presented apartment with fresh decor. Clean and well presented with some nice little touches like milk in the fridge upon arrival and some breakfast cereal and biscuits divided. The apartment was a great size and comfortable for a family of four.
