Good for one night

The owner waited for us upon arrival and she was very kind. There is a free parking space. The apartment is comfortable. There are enough utensils in the kitchen to cook pasta for dinner. Salt and dishwashing stuff was also there. If you stay for a longer period you can also was your clothes. The washing powder was also available. The toiletteries were also available in the bathroom.

We stayed there in the end of October and the heating was not on. There were 7°C outside and it was quite cold in the house. The bed sheets were all wrinkled and one cannot tell in they were used before or they were simply not ironed. Many things call for a renovation.

A neat place to stay with a family, very welcoming host, but the A/C should not be missing.

Quite a private location, not too quiet as it is close to a residence with a pool and guests (families) having fun but nothing over the limit. The host is very warm and friendly, left us some water and breakfast items in the fridge.which was very appreciated in such hot days.

The driveway is not asphalted so it leaves a bit of an 80ies feeling, and there is no A/C in the apartment (being a duplex, sleeping on the upper floor was rather challenging as the air did not circulate even with all windows open. One A/C unit would make the stay in summer much more bearable.

Totally recommend

The apartment is very big and clean. We stayed only one night and it was confortable for us. We also had breakfast, Italian style ( enough for us) and 2 types of coffee. The host is very friendly and although she doesn't speak English, she uses google translate. I recommend the apartment!

When you flush the toilet, you can hear the noise from the big bedroom, if you are in.

Peschiera in Relax

Casa accogliente e pulita, il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e la proprietaria disponibilissima. Ha un ingresso con cancello automatico dotato di telecomando, l'impianto di riscaldamento è indipendente con termosifoni quindi casa molto calda. TV con Netflix YouTube Film ecc. Cucina con forno, macchinetta del caffè con capsule(non incluse) pentole posate e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare qualcosa non troppo elaborato. Camere spaziose e accoglienti. Ci siamo trovati bene e se dovesse ricapitare l'occasione ci torneremmo volentieri.

Una cosa che può essere negativa a seconda dei punti di vista è la lieve lontananza dal centro abitato, per chi non viene in auto può essere un problema raggiungere il centro di Peschiera. Ma per chi vuole stare tranquillo è perfetta così.

Le logement est vraiment très propre et la propriétaire très sympathique. C'est très calme.

Il faisait froid dans la maison. La machine à café ne fonctionne pas. Le logement est loin du centre, il faut reprendre la voiture absolument.

Tutto perfetto...accoglienza perfetta....disponibilità nella variazione orario check in.....pulito e come posizione super comoda....se torno da queste parti scelgo di nuovo questa struttura....

Une bonne adresse

Très calme, dans un environnement très sécurisé. L'accueil a été excellent et tout était très propre.

Cependant, c'est un peu loin du centre de Peschiera, ce qui impose d'utiliser sa voiture et les parkings publics payants qui sont assez onéreux.

Praticamente nulla abbiamo passato un soggiorno davvero brutto

Assolutamente nulla lenzuola usate dal giorno prima asciugamani macchiati e sporchi acqua calda non funzionante, stanze gelide e il proprietario dopo che gli abbiamo descritto i problemi presenti nella struttura ci ha minacciato di farci pagare di più con audio come prova

posizione eccezionale, casa davvero comoda e con tutti i comfort per una famiglia. Pulizia impeccabile e la simpatia e la gentilezza della proprietaria davvero impagabile! super consigliato.
