It’s quite good to stay - everything you need is close but the equipment is little outdated

The property was well-situated, but the beach at the lake's shore wasn’t so good. There was everything we needed—a supermarket, restaurants, and pools. The equipment was a little outdated but clean.

Didn't like the approach - made a full refund reservation, the next day I had to shorten the stay so I clicked and it had changed to non-refundable without any notification. As our plane arrived around 8 pm and the check-in was till 6 pm, I asked for a later check-in which was refused. So I wanted to cancel my reservation but it was impossible. It was about a month before travelling, just one day after the free refund reservation which should have lasted about a week. I know the policy but changing refundable to non-refundable without notification in the refundable time doesn’t seem right to me. During our stay the toilet wasn't flushing, so we immediately mentioned this problem at the reception but nobody came so the whole stay we had to flush the toilet with water and bowl.

Paradise for kids. Pools, mini discos, ice cream, activities. Close to Lake Garda on foot, just a few minutes walk.

The house we received was quite small and didn't have terrace.

We waited two hours for check in !! (It was a holiday, but you would still expect some more efficiency). When we got to the room finally , there was na electricity

Un magnifique moment en famille

Le camping très bien aménager, bien situé pouvoir aller à pied en ville est un réel atout. Pour l’emplacement de notre logement nous avons eu la chance d’être assez loin des lieux de forte activités

1) La propreté du logement, LAMENTABLE cheveux sur les murs carrelé de la sdb, ongleS dans le fauteil, poils dans la douche, trop de tartre à la robinetterie, sol très collant sous la table , armoires qui sentent l’enfermé ( couverture ... ). Après avoir observer les Techniciennes de surface, les pauvres dames ont a peine 10 min par logement à 2 ouf, et manque cruellement de matérielles, materielle pas adapter, un seul mop pour faire les sol interieur et extérieur du cottage, juste rincer et hop on passe au suivant, pas d’aspirateur ? Manque d’hygiène cruelle aussi bien dans les logements ou dans le transport des serviettes ( lit et sdb ) Dommage. Le reste et vraiment top. Il faut repenser les moyen accorder à ce poste qui est cruciale à l’époque où on vit. ( l’après covid) 2) PAS de cafetière Italienne ? A défaut d’une machine à café à capsule, les filtres sont réellement dépassé faut revoir les accessoires disponible dans les logements. Le sèche cheveux à aussi fait défaut mais plus supportable que le manque de café correcte.
