The house is located in a nice, quiet area and was generally well maintained. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the peaceful neighborhood.
The 10:00 AM checkout is too early, especially considering guests are expected to strip the beds, take out the trash, and leave the house clean before departure. An 11:00 AM checkout would be much more reasonable. We also found several cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay, which unfortunately affected our overall experience.

Location, close enough to everything Crystal River has to offer. Nice and quiet neighborhood. A/C works well.
We recommend owner stresses the need to concentrate on the kitchen to his pest control service. Also, the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.
