About this apartment rental
Everything you could need for "River Life." Our cozy condo is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy life in the Salt River/Crystal River area. The perfect location for the avid fisherman. A short boat ride across Dixie Bay has you on your way to the Gulf of Mexico or a relaxing run through Crystal River will have you face to face with the manatees in no time. Fort Island Beach is a short drive by car where you can see some of the most spectacular sunsets. Minutes to Plantation golf course, boat ramps, Three Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs, etc.
We enjoy our condo during the summer months and are looking to share it with others during the winter/spring months who will love it as much as we do! Condo is well equipped with chairs, towels, floats, nets, kayaks, coolers, an extra ice maker, etc to make your stay as easy as possible. 2 kayaks with paddles.
The condo is a townhouse layout with kitchen, living/dining room and a half bath downstairs. Upstairs boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms – only two condos in Dixie Shores are 3 bdrm units and this is one of them. Shower/Tub combo in both upstairs baths.
Fully furnished kitchen with electric range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans, and dishes. There are both Keurig and Nespresso (vertuo pods) machines so bring your favorite pods and enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio watching the river come to life. There is also a regular coffee pot in cabinet. Air fryer, instant pot, and toaster oven make cooking your catch a breeze. Washer and Dryer in downstairs laundry room.
Heated pool by clubhouse and tennis courts are available for use. Cable TV, High-speed internet and utilities included. Two parking spaces and two guest passes for vehicles. All applicants will require a credit check and at least one referral from non-family members. Minimum rental is 3 months. (HOA rules)

*Use of boat lift will require separate security deposit. Lift bunks are positioned for a 21ft center console. Boat would need to be that size or smaller for use of boat lift.
