The host was very accessible. The coffee maker had a hole in the pot. A new coffee maker was dropped off that evening without even asking. That was a great gesture.

Did not have any pets. Laundry service was great, except need more wash clothes.

Needs a better stocked kitchen, ie, mixing pot holders dish towels, measuring cups and spoons. replace counter tops, the paint is flaking off
