The location is really good close to everything. We did everything by bus or by foot. The apartment is also well equipped with everything you need if you want to cook also. It was clean.
The blinds of two windows broke while we were there. One rope snatched and the blinds remained closed but the agent said they would repair it. The other one remained blocked open. Those are quite old and probably would need some maintenance.

Typical Budapest 19/20 century house with high ceiling, very well equipped kitchen.
Small rooms, but for the many very good value.
