Good value for money overall and no major issues

I had room four. Was perfectly quiet, large room, came with kettle, microwave, toaster, and a fridge as well I believe. Easy arrival process

The drain in my shower didn't work very well. I didn't tell the manager/owner though so they didn't have an opportunity to solve.

Description of property says there is parking. There is no parking. Room dingy and depressing. Property description calls this a "Pension". This is no Pension, but a boarding house for workers. Did not feel safe.

OK for one night

Reasonably quiet. Choice of eateries in walking distance. Luckily a nice man over the road helped us contact the property to get into our room as our Australian phones weren't working. Room was on ground floor, thankfully no stairs.

The shower drain was blocked so it was quite disgusting standing in a deep puddle from the blocked drain. Street parking was hard to access due to snow & we had no shovel as we had a hire car.

A good place to stay

The location is suitable for me and my friend. Currently it's under construction and the private parking spaces are therefore currently not available. However, they still arrange for us a parking space if needed. The room is quite clean and staff is friendly.

There's almost nothing I don't like. Just a little bit noisy in the morning because it's near the road. However, it doesn't really matter to us.

If you are looking for a basic cheap room then this may be for you.

The Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful although the language was a barrier. This was more to do with my lack of German as I was visiting their country. My room was OK and it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. there was a microwave, fridge and kettle although I only had 1 mu, 2 spoons and a fork luckily my son had extra knives so I used one of his. The location is quiet and there is good access to the town and Frankfurt. Bad Soden has lots of shops and restaurants although there is no food provision onsite. There is a lovely Italian restaurant around the corner called La Momma there is also a bar and restaurant across the road from the hotel although we did not try it. There are also many supermarkets close to the apartment block. I would rate this as a guest house that is ideal for workers, we were working in Frankfurt and the hotel was a good location for this.

The General appearance of the building is not welcoming and the state of repair internally is ongoing. The apartment block is quite rough externally. I would guess that refurbishment has run to a halt mid-project. It seemed that everything was done to a basic standard and I felt that better quality facilities would provide value for money for both the hotel and the client. My shower door kept coming off the runners and the toilet seat worked loose over the week. This must lead to more complaints and more work for the owners. I was not happy that people kept leaving the door open at night as I felt this left the building open to intruders as there is no reception.

Bequeme Betten, gute Lage!

Schönes Zimmer. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Zimmerwechsel wg Einzelbetten problemlos möglich. Danke! Kleiner Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Die Dusche hatte keinen Vorhang oder ähnliches. Da das Bad sehr klein ist, war am Ende alles nass, auch die frische Kleidung. Hier wäre eine Verbesserung sinnvoll. Das Haus wirkt von aussen nicht sehr einladend. Direkt an der Straße, wenig Parkplätze am Abend.

Enttäuschend

Es war innen sauber und das Personal war freundlich und der Preis war ok.

Es war ein völlig lieblos eingerichtetes Zimmer, man musste auf 15 cm zwischen zwei schmalen Betten durchturnen, um sich niederzulegen. Im Bad gab es keine Abtrennung zwischen Dusche und WC. Das Schlimmste war die Helligkeit: Man konnte die Jalousien nur ein kleines Stück öffnen, da war Milchglas am Fenster. Der Rest musst geschlossen blieben, damit man nicht von der Straße direkt reinschaun konnte. Unbedingt braucht es dort Gardinen. Von außen sieht das Haus schrecklich heruntergekommen aus. Aber ich würde es nicht wieder buchen. Frühstück gabs keins im Angebot.

Toller Blick vom Balkon auf das Maintal, die Umgebung mit schönen Kleinstädten und den Apfelplantagen hat uns mehr angezogen als der Taunus. Wegen der Nähe zu Frankfurt lohnen sich mehrere Besuche.

Bei der Küchenausstattung fehlten einige elementare Dinge (zu wenig Gabeln, Schälmesser - haben wir dann ersetzt, kein Brotkorb, zu wenig kleine Teller, dafür viel zu viele Müslischalen, keine Vorratsbehälter, Kein Pfropfen oder Spülwanne für das Spülbecken, beim Induktionsherd funktionierte nur eine Platte, der Kleinstbackofen funktionierte nur nach langem Ausprobieren mit nur einer Einstellung), ein paar mehr Kleiderhaken wären gut gewesen (auf jeden Fall ein Haken auf der Toilette für das Handtuch). Wenn jemand einen Kleiderschrank in seinem Schlafzimmer braucht - in drei von vier Schlafzimmern Fehlanzeige). Die Schlafzimmer waren nicht verdunkelbar und somit war bei Hitze tagsüber auch nicht die Sonneneinstahlung zu vermeiden. Die zwei "Ventilatoren" konnten nicht kühlen. Beim Duschen lief Wasser aus der Wanne ins Badezimmer. Der Hauseinang und das Treppenhaus schrecken zunächst ab - sehr heruntergekommen und vernachlässigt, aber die Wohnung war dann in ganz gutem Zustand. Bei der Ankunft mit etlichen großen Koffern im Umkreis von 500 m keinen Parkplatz, nicht einmal einen Halteplatz bekommen zu können, war sehr nervig. Da sollte der Vermieter sicherstellen, dass im Hof (für eine Nacht zumindest) geparkt werden darf). Der Platz war da. Danach konnten wir immer eine Parklücke finden.

Werden trotzdem bei einem Aufenthalt in der Gegend wieder dort buchen, da gute Preis-Leistung.

Sehr ruhig und ungestörter Aufenthalt! Mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher die Möglichkeit zur Selbstversorgung!! Das Haus befindet sich in der Renovierungsphase.

Ein Zweibettzimmer hat nur einen Satz Besteck. Spinnwebe an der Decke und Saftspritzer an dem Fensterrahmen.

Sie Unterkunft sah im Netz besser aus als in live. Es war akzeptabel.

Die Absprache hat gut geklappt. Das Bett war sehr gut. Ausstattung war ok. Ein Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Das Wasser in der Dusche lief kaum ab. Im Haus roch es modrig. Früh morgens gab es schon großes Geschrei ( bestimmt eine Stunde ) von anderen Bewohnern.

Wer es sehr einfach mag.......

Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Wasseroberfläche, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Für die Gegend und den Preis gut. Zumindest, wenn man es sehr einfach mag.Telefonisch ist jederzeit wer erreichbar, der auch sehr nett ist und sich kümmert.

Im Hausflur riecht es extrem nach Schimmel, kein Duschvorhang. Nach dem Duschen komplettes Bad nass. Nicht richtig sauber. TV funktioniert nur beschränkt bis gar nicht. Lieber noch andere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten mit nehmen.
