Renovation works made the stay unpleasant, because they started around 6.30am every day.

Location was good. There was a lot of coffees and restorants nearby. About 30min by train from centre.

They made renovation works outside and started every morning about 6.30am. These works were so loud, that nobody can sleep anymore. It would be good if it had been mentioned in the reception and there could have been earplugs in the room.

The staff were helpful enough.

The Milbor Hotel was closed actually, and merged with the hotel next to it. We needed to go to this hotels entrance, then go down to the parking place, then walk through it from one to other, enter the next building and go upstairs, Here you are in Milbor Hotel. All this suffering was not mentioned during the reservation.

Great location, friendly staff and good value for money

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and recently renovated bathroom. Perfect location in city center with good parking facilities (underground parking garage). We booked the Milbor, but were given a room in the adjacent hotel Rheinischer Hof, which possibly had better rooms.

Room could have been cleaned better. Room is relatively small, which wasn't a problem for us, since we only stayed one night, but could be a problem for a longer stay. No seating area. Hotel was not easy to find, since you need to register at the reception of hotel Rheinischer Hof, opposite of the train station. This was not communicated to us and so we kept on looking for the entrance of the Milbor hotel.

Für eine Übernachtung aufgrund einer Familienfeier, vollkommen in Ordnung.

Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurant gut erreichbar, Bahnhof in der Nähe,

in allen Bereichen des Hotels in denen wir uns bewegt haben, waren alle Brandschutztüren offen und wurden mit einem Keil offen gehalten. Das halten wir für hochgradig fahrlässig. In einem Brandfall wäre der Sinn und Zweck dieser Brandschutztüren vollkommen verfehlt gewesen. Die Brandschutztür zu unserem Gang zu unserem Zimmer haben wir eingenständig geschlossen, fanden sie nach kurzer Zeit wieder aufgekeilt vor. Das ist kein Brandschutz!!

Zimmer im 4. Stick viel kleiner als beschrieben. Bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt mit Buchung direkt beim Hotel war das Zimmer größer und nicht direkt unter dem Dach ….

Gutes Hotel, schlechter Service.

Der Preis auch für das Parkhaus waren okay.

Das Hotel war nicht zu finden. Als ich anrief, sagte mir die Lady, die Adresse, aber nicht mehr. Ich musste dann auf einer Baustelle suchen, wo das Hotel sein soll. Kein Hinweis auf den Rheinischen Hof. Nichts in der Buchungsbestätigung davon. Habe für 2 Tage Parken bezahlt und musste mein Auto am Sonntagfrüh aus der Tiefgarage fahren, weil ich nach 15.00 Uhr nicht mehr hineingekommen wäre. Die Lady gab mir bei der Ankunft den Schlüssel für ein Zimmer, ohne Hinweis, dass es 2 Aufzüge gibt und somit ich auch das Zimmer nicht finden konnte. Also alles wieder nach unten durch die Tiefgarage und den anderen Fahrstuhl probiert. So verprellt man sich die Gäste.
