A pleasant stay in a private room in a hospitable and kind family
I was very pleased with kindness of Christopher who waited for be till 23.00 with no extra fee. The room was spacious and I had private bathroom just for me. I was invited to use family kitchen and it was importnat for me due to diet limitations.

Pleasant place for a short stay in Königstein. 5 minute walk to the trains to Frankfurt every 30 Min
Christopher was an excellent host. He even drove us to our restaurant reservation on the first day. His two children are also delightful and we had a very pleasant time.
The impression in the description is that the Penthouse is a separate quarters. It is in fact a guest room in Christopher's apartment with a private guest Bath/WC in the hallway. But we had full privacy and enjoyed the stay. It's just that someone reading the description might think they are getting a top floor to themselves.
