Be our guest at this beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable studio, ideal for small families, small groups, couples, singles, and business travelers. You will have direct access to the private beach and all the amenities the condo has to offer including a seasonally heated outdoor pool, Gulf view pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, BBQ areas, and a laundry room. This amazing studio also has a fully furnished kitchen, refrigerator, cable TV, with a King bottom bunk, Queen top bunk bed and a Queen sofa sleeper. Amazing location, only a few steps across the parking lot from the gorgeous Emerald Coast beach in Okaloosa Island, and approximately a 10-minute drive from tourist-friendly Destin, FL. This studio condo is conveniently located on the 1st floor of Building 6 and is fully equipped to help make your stay a wonderful experience! (Please note: Entire beach studio condo space is approximately 500 sq ft, is an open concept, no private bedroom, no beach view from this 1st floor). Veteran owned/managed, no pets allowed.
