About this apartment rental
Newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms, windows and sliding doors! You will have spectacular views of Okaloosa Island and the Gulf of Mexico from the 4th-floor corner unit when you stay in this great unit. The unit is in a beachfront building is quiet and relaxing, above the sound of the street and pool level yet a close walk to all amenities and the wonderful beach. Elevator or stairway access raises your stay above the comings and goings at lower floor levels while providing panoramic ocean views.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create great meals that can be enjoyed on your private balcony while you watch the waves hit the shore. Master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one queen and one full bed.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

We stayed for a week with our family of four (2 adults, 10 year old, & 19 month old). The property was in great shape. The only complaint we had was regarding the mattresses in the unit. They are in poor shape and need an upgrade. There were foam pads on the mattresses in the second bedroom. The master bed was sunk in on the side with a lump in the middle. Other than that, we had a great time and hope to visit El Matador again soon. We would love to stay in the same unit if the mattresses are updated.

The property was safe. Nice to have good security on hand. It was clean and updated. Not to far orf a walk to the beach or pool and the pool is huge and clean

Overall a great vacation!! A few minor issues with the unit, oven didn’t work and a bathroom sink did not drain. A maintenance worker fixed the sink right away. Unit was dated and could use a sprucing up, but overall clean, comfortable and very spacious. Loved El Matador and it was a wonderful family vacation! The beach was great and the pool was never crowded! We will be back!
