Very unique designed apartment with multiple floors. Locaated on a great area with lots of stores, restaurants and close to subway. We really enjoyed our stay an, the courtyard, layout of the rooms and design of furniture made us feel that we got a taste of paris. We were here during a heatwave and were surprised how cool it stayed , not having an air conditioner. Place was clean overall, but could have had some new sponges for washing dishes and newer towels. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to lay out heads each night. Being one and a half blocks from the metro made it very convenient. Multiple markets within a block. Slept our party of 6 people comfortably. Be prepared for the basement bathroom door that has clear glass panes.

We really like to location of this loft. Not far from metro stations, Gare de l'Est, and Gare du Nord. However, we think that the host should consider improving many things to bring this loft a good one to stay such as - add more lights at dining table - replacing all bed sheets, towels - increase wifi speed and coverage to whole loft (cannot reach wifi at basement) - improve ventilation for basement to reduce musty smells esp first time open the main door
