About this house rental
The Ranch House is located just minutes from the bouldering mecca of Joe's Valley. Nestled on a large patch of farmland, the house feels secluded while still being conveniently located to both the local amenities of Orangeville and Castle Dale as well as the climbing. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house sleeps up to 14 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 4 twin bunk beds, 2 full size pull out couches and an additional cot. The flexible sleeping arrangement makes The Ranch House a great home base for your group's trip to Joe's or The San Rafael Swell.
The Ranch House is also centrally located to many exciting local attractions. Guests can fish, swim, or paddle board at the Joe's Valley Reservoir which is a short drive up Highway 29. The San Rafael Swell can be reached just 20-30 miles away where you can find the Buckhorn Wash Pictograph Panel, which features 130 feet of ancient artwork that dates back to over 2,000 years ago! And there is even more classic bouldering only 20 miles away at Triassic.
The house is fully equipped with a full service kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi and a TV. We also offer guests complimentary use of two standard sized crash pads during their stay! Additional amenities Include:

We enjoyed the house very much, it is in a location that made it easy for my aging parents to see the San Rafael swell and spend sometime in the mountians. With that said the porperty itself is very unique and needs allot of work. The inside was nice but all the rugs are old and stained, not sure why they even have them, the floors were fairly new. We also noticed some dirty towels in the corner by the kitchen. And kitchen supplies were hit and miss. They also have a cat living in the barn adjacent to the house, which our kids enjoyed, but might be off putting to other VRBO renters. It is a very unique place with cows in the back field and a pretty good view on all sides. If you like a farm, and remote feel, this place is for you. But I can see why their are no outside pictures on the VRBO site. The outside of the house is old and needs some attention. Over all we found the place comfortable and relaxing, it just needs some TLC.
