Welcome to this charming house in Heber City decorated with items from our own travels. This fabulous property boasts 5 bedrooms (each bedroom is decorated with items from a different country or activity) including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 bunk beds. The home has a newly remodeled spacious kitchen that is fully stocked with the cooking necessities. With 3 full size bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer and bathtub, guests will feel right at home. The additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed provides the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. We also have two additional queen size air mattresses. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Our spacious property features 5 beautifully appointed travel themed bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, each with a tub and shower. It is perfect for families or groups.

Beds include two kings, one queen, four twin beds in two bunkbeds, one pullout sofa bed, and one queen size air mattress. There are three TVs. A large screen in the living room upstairs, one in the family room downstairs and one in the master bedroom.

Please note that this is our home and it includes our family pictures and decorations. The garage and office are not available. We are excited to have you in our home and ask that you take care of it while you enjoy it.

**Kitchen**

Enjoy our new fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals -- just bring your groceries. The kitchen offers a double oven, five burner stovetop, prep sink, island, drawer microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances, and much more. The island has three bar stools for you to enjoy breakfast or as extra seating for your family

**Dining Room**

You will love the four seasons dining room with a pass through fireplace and table with room for six people. The table also has a built in leaf and we have extra folding chairs if needed.

**Living Room**

Relax in our cozy living room, featuring a comfortable sofa, loveseat, natural lighting, pass-through fireplace and a large Smart TV with local channels and streaming services (guests use their personal login info). It's the perfect spot to gather with friends and family.

**Family Room** (Downstairs)

Plenty of seating with a sectional sofa bed, couch, lazy-boy chair, grandfather clock, and toy area with toys for the kids. There is also area to use the provided queen air mattress in needed.

**Master Bedroom 1** (Italy)

Relax in luxury in our Italy ensuite master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and plush bedding. It also has a wall mounted television, ceiling fan, dresser and armoire for ample clothing storage.

**Bedroom 2** (Southern Utah)

Located around the corner from the master bedroom, enjoy our Southern Utah themed room featuring a comfortable queen bed, closet, and dresser.

**Bedroom 3** (Asia)

Your family and friends will enjoy the Asia room featuring a bunkbed with two twin mattresses. The room has a large closet with shelves for clothing. It also has some toys puzzles.

**Bedroom 4** (Ski)

Our Ski room welcomes you with a comfortable king bed, dresser and closet.

**Bedroom 5** (Latin America)

This room has another bunkbed with two twin mattresses and is decorated with a Latin America theme.

**Laundry**

Feel free to do your laundry with the provided Maytag washer and dryer.

**Fenced in Back Yard**

The yard is fully fenced in and has a lot of area for kids to play. It also features a fire pit.
