Second floor, one bedroom apartment, located approximately 1.5 blocks to the beach. The unit includes open concept living, and a completely remodeled bathroom that was completed in April 2025! There is off street parking for 2 cars and a shared back deck. This is the perfect Rehoboth Beach getaway, and we do offer 3+ night bookings!
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $116.00.
Booking Restrictions- 2 and 3 Night Stays
Bedding-1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Great location. Very clean and cute place. The unit is not marked with a number. Bathroom is extremely small. Could’ve left a roll of TP for arrival. A couple steps up to the unit were loose.

The location is amazing. 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk- great places to eat right across the street. Super clean and comfortable. Bathroom is small for sure but not enough to deter me from going back. Perfect for myself, husband and 2 little kids.

Great location in the center of Rehoboth, with excellent restaurants along the block and the beach just a short walk away. Plenty of room for two people, with a good-sized kitchen and comfortable bed. Bathroom was remodeled since our visit last year - walk-in shower is very spacious, though the vanity is a bit large for the small space available. Other than that, though, the property was ideal. Hope to return next year!

The walls are too thin. You can hear people walking, talking, does closing and laughing Pull out couch is super sunken in. Had to sleep on couch. Steps and deck were cranky and lose. We will not be returning.
