About this apartment rental
Spacious apartment situated in the most ancient alley of Palermo, a few steps away from Giardino Garibaldi and the historic center.
The apartment, located on the fourth floor reachable on foot, opens directly onto the bright and warm living room, enriched by wooden beams and floor and tastefully furnished with a large dining table, a sofa and armchairs where guests can relax watching TV or reading a book. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, including another dining table, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a kettle.
The sleeping area has three bedrooms. The first one, on the same floor, comes with a queen-size bed, a storage unit, a clothes rack and a french door that leads to the balcony.
Through a staircase situated in the center of the living room, guests will access the first floor where the other two bedrooms and the terrace are located. The first bedroom, with beautiful wooden ceilings, features a queen-size bed, while the second one is fitted with two single beds.
One of the main features of this apartment is the magnificent terrace equipped with four deckchairs, a small table and a parasol, perfect for enjoying the beautiful and sunny Sicilian days.
Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, complete the apartment.

We enjoyed the apartment. Everything was as advertised. The location is great and in the heart of everything, yet it wasn't loud at night, so no trouble sleeping. As others have mentioned, there is no elevator/lift and there are a lot of stairs, so this apartment would not be suitable for someone who has difficulty walking or climbing. Great place for our family and wonderful communication with host company. Very helpful checking in and even arranged a lift for us to the airport for our departure. Thanks!

The apartment was very clean and efficient and all staff were responsive and helpful. The location is unbeatable!
It would be helpful if there were dish soap and kitchen towels or paper towels. Often top rated short term rental apartments provide coffee and drinking water, particularly as we were told the water here may not be safe because of the old pipes.
While we expected the challenging walk up four stories, we were surprised to be greeted by piles of smelly trash as we entered the courtyard.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped, however, the photos of the stairs are misleading. We were expecting wide stairs as depicted in the photos but the last two flights were narrow and steep which was quite difficult with suitcases. The property manager representative kindly and thankfully assisted us carrying our luggage up the 82 steps.
The apartment is centrally located close to many restaurants, monuments, supermarket and bars. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs as it quite noisy at night.
The property management was quick to respond to our queries. Overall a good apartment but unable to give five stars due to stairs.
