The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you need. It has a nice garden with a second modern bathroom and shower built in the garden. We had a car and parked it right outside the apartment without any issues. The host is very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. We loved our stay. Highly recommend.

The property was fairly easy to find and get to by car off the highway. Parking was right on the street in front of the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor which was great for unloading the luggage easily. The apartment is very specious and fully equipped. Two large bedrooms and a big kitchen as well as a family room. We felt very secure in the apartment as it had a nice big secure front door. Irene was very welcoming and accommodating.

It was about a 20 min walk from the downtown/main strip area but easy to get to on foot. Might be a challenge for someone unable to walk. There are not many restaurants nearby but we did find a few, including one that was very close by called Giardino Duca di Serradifalco which had a beautiful outdoor garden and worth a visit

Va precisato che Irene ci ha proposto un cambio di appartamento, abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Via D'Ossuna, forse un po' più vicino al centro dell'altro vicino ai Cantieri culturali. La recensione è quindi su questa struttura. La posizione è perfetta, 10 minuti a piedi e si arriva comodamente alla Cattedrale. Il quartiere è immediatamente fuori dal centro storico, quindi comodissimo. Mai avuto necessità di spostare la macchina e neppure di usare i mezzi pubblici. La casa è nuova, con un arredamento comodo ed accogliente, dotata di tutto. Ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a nostro agio. La camera più piccola non ha finestre, ma non esiste problema di areazione vista le possibilità di arieggiare data dalla porta che affaccia sul patio esterno.
