Location and newly built, looking good and modern

Isolation of main doors, you can clearly hear housekeepers and neighbors or anyone in the hall talking. Also our room hasn't been cleaned for the days we've been there even if we put the sign for cleaning

Slightly Underwhelming!

The A/C and the parking was great. Only about 150m to 200m to the beach.

Unable to contact reception on numerous occasions as I was unable to get the cook top working. I eventually asked a neighbour who said she had the same problem, you have to switch off at the mains to get it working and I also had to do it during cooking, this is an electrical problem and possibly a safety issue that needs to be resolved asap. Very few cooking utensils and only one pot!

The villa is great. The rooms are nice and clean. It is located right next to the beach and very close to the restaurants. The host was also very nice and helpful.

Good value for money spent

Good value for spent money. Beds are very comfy. Use of air conditioning is included in price. All rooms have nice private terrace and guests can also use tables in the garden. Everything was very clean. Hosts offer every day room cleaning, clean towels and linen. If you need anything else, you can ask hosts.

New building. Very very very quite part of Nea Vrasna, good for sleeping and relaxing in the night. beds and pillows are clean and new. Staff are the best and frendly

I loved the place, location and hosts were very friendly so definitely I would recommend this place.

Pretty much everything… Very modern, clean, close to beach and shops. Hosts are very friendly. Great for family with kids. We really enjoyed being here.

It would be nice that we had iron for clothes in the studio, and maybe a pan for eggs in kitchen. Everything else was pretty much ok.

Best villa in Nea Vrasna

The best villa in Nea Vrasna by far, brand new villa, everything was new, clean, lot of space for a family, very close to the beach. The manager Mr.Demis is great profesional and rest of the stuff are very nice.You will make the best choice if you book this place, we will come back next year with our friends for sure.
