It was very cute little room, perfect for what we needed. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and everything else. Quiet, clean, very kind and responsive host

Great accommodation for a great stay in Nea Vrasna. Definitely recommended!

Very stylish arrangement in and out. Practically everything looks brand new as well as having everything you need during a holiday stay. Very kind host. Beadings and towels were changed on a daily basis. Highly recommended.

Not directly related to the property but the property next door is a construction materials selling one, so some of the mornings were noisy (I prefer sleeping with an open door/window).

Everything was perfect. We had everything that we needed, the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very polite. We would definitely go back again. We personally had a bad experience with our car (with the battery) and the owner of the hotel Kostas helped us a lot. He and all his family were very kind and helpful. We hope we'll see you soon.

The hotel is very new, it's clean, nice design, everything is working, no issues with that. Good value for it's price

There was no-one on the reception when we arrived. We had to wait after 4h drive and when it is +34 outside, wasn't too pleasant to change in the toilet before going to swim in the sea. Our room was not ready by the time of check in, previous guests did not leave in time and the management didn't make them free the room. Though no compensation was offered. In the room there is no instruction for using the safe, had to call the owner to get instructions how to use it, it took some time. The view from the terrace was not the level of boutique living. Maybe with time it will be improved, but now it's not the best.

Brand new hotel

We stayed here just for one night on our way back home. The hotel is brand new and looks very good. The rooms have a very nice design but small for 3 beds, however the balcony is generous. Everything was spotless and the kitchenette was ok.

Even if the bathroom looks nice, it lacks in functionality. I know that walk in showers are a thing right now but build them in such a way that you don't flood the entire bathroom. Also regarding the rooms, some investment in sound proofing would have been nice because is not ok to hear your neighbors talking. Even if we arrived in the afternoon and we announced our host about our arrival time, the rooms where not ready.

We had the loveliest of stays at Alkion Boutique Living. The place is new, modern and offering everything you may need. The area is very calm and the beach is only a couple of minutes away. The hosts were amazing and their personal touch makes us want to return to Nea Vrasna next year again. Totally recommend!

The property is pretty new and furnished beautifully, however I found the room too small for 2adults and 1kid. There were no wardrobes or place for our luggage and we had plenty. Friendly nice host, gave good advice for place to eat. Area is boring and beach not good. Thank you for the "welcome" bottle of wine and juices. We didn't have our towels and bed linen changed during our 3 nights stay. The common parts spotless clean. Overall good experience.

Bed linen and towels were not changed daily. I did expect this for the price we paid

Very good stay

Hotel is very new and has all the facilities. Rooms have new, modern furniture, bathroom as well. We slept very well as the mattress is really comfortable. We liked it that's in a quiet area and elevator helps a lot with carrying luggages. The host is very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

It was perfect in every aspect.

The hotel is great, the host is amazing - very polite and friendly! She answered all our questions and helped with various things during our stay. The design of the rooms is very sleek. The whole place was super clean, which is the most important thing for me. The beach is no more than 300 meters away. We were 2 adults with two children, and even our little one - the 3.5-years old girl said to me a couple of times, without anyone asking her: "Mommy, this house is very beautiful!" - and we all know that children say what they feel :) We will definitely come back!

The building is new and very nicely constructed. The outside and inside look exceptionally good. Rooms are decorated in an elegant way and equipped very nicely. They have clean towels and hot water as well as a great balcony for morning coffee. During the night the neighborhood is quiet and all you can hear is the waves crushing over the rocks, which creates a very peaceful ambient and an excellent sleeping environment.
