I feel a little bit scamed

Extra fees for parking that should be included in booking ( they dont say abo it this) and personel are not communicate enough

Host went no-contact, forcing us to book another place to stay even though already paid for

The host gave us directions to where we could park. These directions actually led to a closed off area and building where no parking was allowed. When asking for more directions, the host never replied anymore and we had no other way of contacting them, so we were forced to find other accommodations even though we already paid for this one. Also see the Google Maps reviews for this place: this tactic is a common activity for this host. Avoid this place at all costs.

Beautiful, cozy stay !

The apartment was so cozy & clean ! It even had a nice little balcony. The location was perfect to walk into Šibenik. We loved our stay.

The worst part was finding the parking spot. I missed the message from the hotel & Google maps was awful. Make sure you get accurate driving directions if you have a car.

Great app with great location

We had a wonderful stay! Mrs. Iva, the owner, was incredibly helpful, with great energy and a very non-intrusive approach. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is absolutely fantastic – right next to the entrance to the old town, with shops just a 2-minute walk away for all daily necessities. Considering the location, it was very important for us that the apartment has its own parking (paid per day), which was a big plus. This was our second time staying here for a few nights, and we will definitely return whenever we’re in Šibenik. Highly recommended!

Disappointing

Good location

Communication was terrible. I was repeatedly hung up on when trying to make an inquiry and then they refused to answer my calls altogether. We had booked a room with 2 beds and there was only 1. We also couldn’t get the shower to work.

Modern apartment and central location

great location, we went to the old town for a stroll every evening because we were back within 5 minutes! Apartment is quite modern and has a small balcony, ideal to dry clothing. The host always greeted us with a smile and made the check in and check out super easy. Although parking comes with a fee it’s right next to the apartment and had enough space for our large car

I personally did not like the floor as it makes the apartment a bit colder but that’s only personal preference Tip for improvement: Some information before arrival would have made the experience even better

Hostile and unprofessional host that will ruin your holiday

Location, relatively new building

Disappointing Stay – Poor Communication and Hostile Host Our experience at this property was very unpleasant, mainly due to the host’s behavior. Although we were polite and respectful guests, the host called us “problematic” after I kindly reported that both dishwashers in the apartments weren’t working. She then refused to speak to us further and shut the door in my face. Sadly, this wasn’t the only issue (see below), and it ruined our stay in Šibenik. We were relieved to move to a new accommodation with a friendly host afterward. Summary: If everything goes smoothly and the host is in a good mood, the stay might be fine. But if any issue arises, expect poor treatment. After reading other reviews on Booking and Google, it seems we weren’t the only ones treated this way. My advice: avoid this place if possible. ⸻ Other Issues: • Poor communication before arrival: We arrived late due to a late flight. The host left vague and incorrect instructions for parking. The key provided didn’t work for the gate, and the actual parking was on the opposite side of the address given. We called five times but were repeatedly hung up on—extremely disrespectful. It took 30 extra minutes and help from a local to sort it out. • No towel refresh: After three days, we politely asked for fresh towels. The host said “tomorrow,” but when we asked again later (so we wouldn’t need to use dirty towels), she refused and responded rudely. • Broken dishwashers & hostile reaction: Both dishwashers were broken when we arrived (unplugged and beeping when plugged in). When I mentioned it, the host became angry, called us “problematic,” and told us to complain to Booking.com instead of speaking to her. She clearly didn’t care and handled the situation very poorly. Despite claiming a mechanic was sent, we doubt this—likely a cost-cutting decision.

Excellent and stylish place with just round the corner from the old town

Excellent location with just a few steps from the old town and wonderful stylish and fully equipped apartment - ideal for a family stay to enjoy the summer in beautiful Šibenik . The landlord is amazing - kind and ready to answer or help to any kind of question. THANK you for making our vacation memorable and very comfortable!

Great location, but too many serious issues

The apartment has a very good location. Eventually, we were offered free parking as compensation for the issues we faced.

The parking address provided was incorrect, and we almost got locked in because the gate closes. The apartment was very dirty. We requested a baby crib, but it was not provided — in the morning we found it outside our door, and no one responded to our messages during the previous day. It was a very difficult night with a child. The woman who was supposed to hand over the keys disappeared, and we had to wait a long time for her. Although they made parking free for us in the end, it normally costs €10 and can only be paid in cash. On top of that, there’s an additional service fee — also cash only.

Best value for money in Šibenik

The host was very hospitable and we checked in even before the regular check in time. After the checkout the host offered us to leave our luggage at the reception until we had our bus later that day. The apartment was super clean, well equipped and maintained. It is a few minutes walk from the old town of Šibenik. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

Great place but have a few things to note

Ira is kind and sweet. Apartment is new and clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped.

Apartment is in a small lane and my husband showed off his superb driving skill passing through with one inch to spare on either side of car. Parking is at the end of the lane where it joins a wider street so you don't need to use the lane. The apartment is scented with a smell I do not like. Twin room sheets are not good either.

- Host was very friendly when we arrived - House was very clean and the interior was very trendy as on the pictures - Host was during our stay very friendly; she gave us multiple delicatessen as a surprise

- The curtains waren’t very blinding, but considering all positive sides of this stay it couldn’t botter us!!
