There was a bad scented odor from the reed diffuser that made it difficult to spend time in the room. There was no hot water in the shower at all - luckily it was summer. There was no iron and when you try contact the caretaker he would make promises to get back to me about an iron and or about where i could find a supermarket to get some liquor or groceries but after the first night he stopped answering my whatsapp messages and went ghost on me.

Nice and modern studio apartment on the third floor, accessible via spiral stairs. Everything was clean and well-equipped. Great location – just a short walk to the beach. Private parking nearby is available for €10 (for 2 days), which was very convenient.
The biggest downside was the noise – loud music from a nearby bar with a DJ playing until 2 AM every night, and sometimes noisy neighbors shouting late into the night. The studio is fine for a short stay, but if you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep, this location might not be ideal. Bad WiFi coverage in the apartment. Still, Pirovac is a beautiful town and the studio itself is quite nice.
