Good location, close to the metro, comfortable and cozy apartment.
Cleanliness in the apartment. Could have been cleaner. The security in the building is non-existent.

Good location, close to the metro. The apartment is nice (looks exactly like on the photo) and well maintained.
The admin staff who we were dealing with us online. On the arrival day they claimed we didn’t fill up the check-in form and were harassing me with messages and phone calls (2 different people called) and various people sent me messages. The form was filled up a week in advance and all documents were submitted there though the staff was claiming it hadn’t been done. Once our family got into the apartment, the maintenance team showed up to do the annual AC maintenance as if they had no time to do it when there are no guests in the apartment.

Clean, equipped , spacious
The curtains are so light & it lets the sun lighten the room from early morning which is very annoying.
Shower doesn’t have any barrier other than the curtain which makes it messy from the shower.
The corridor always has an annoying smell
