Our stay was pleasant.

Instructions were very clear and detailed, so we easily found our Parking space and apartment. All the beds were very comfortable. A lot of kitchenware is available, also a watching machine.

We had a super weekend, the property was perfect for what we needed, just a couple of niggles. Should be highlighted in

Dated decor, no shower curtain / screen and the WiFi just didn’t work.

Passable

The parking was very accessible and there was immediate and quality hot water and house heating. There was a view of Aguille du Midi (Mont Blanc) from the window. The staff was very welcoming, and we were greeted with housewarming candles and chocolate. This apartment is perfect for a couple or small group that wants to experience the Chamonix lifestyle. With walking access to the heart of the city and a beautiful surrounding spending time outside of the house was very pleasurable. There is a ski lift nearby, a river, a supermarket, etc; everything you would need on a vacation. The beds were comfortable, and I found myself getting a great night's rest routinely. The home had a cozy atmosphere, and spending Christmas there felt warm and in no way inconvenient.

The apartment was very miniature, and as a tall family, we struggled to feel comfortable in the space. The hallways were narrow, and the bunkbed room was very tiny, unlike what it appeared like in the photos. The electronics were very oldfashioned; the fridge was small, the oven cut off the power, no washing machine/ any way of drying clothes, no vacuume or broom, no shower curtain, no wifi connection to the point that 4g didn't connect. We weren't informed of the following and were shocked when we arrived and were charged an extra 5€ per day of a slow, portable router that would disconnect every couple of hours. Furthermore, upon arrival, we found a full trashcan from a previous customer.
