Irene’s communication is absolutely superb and very clear.The villa is located approximately 30 simple minutes drive from the airport. In my view you need a car to travel in and out of the surrounding beaches and tourist areas.The villa was immaculately clean and Irene had thought of absolutely everything you could need, this really is home from home. The only very small negative would be the temperature of the pool, no one used it as it was just so cold. Luckily the sea was a lot nicer even in late December.All in all a perfect Villa in a lovely safe area

Modern and well appointed townhouse with all the mod cons. Irene was brilliant to deal with and usually responded within minutes. The location is quiet and is well suited for a relaxing holiday. A very short walk is the large Supermarket where you can stock up on all your needs. Just a short walk will bring you to the taxi rank from there you can go to anywhere within the Maspalomas and Melonares area for very little cost.

Villa Anil was our beautifully equipped home for a week, finished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Irene, the owner, was friendly, helpful and very swift with communication; check-in and out was also very easy. The pool and surrounding area is lovely and the Residencial Las Velas complex is close to a large Mercadona and a 20min walk to great beachside restaurants. I can't recommend this lovely villa more highly 😊😊
