Great location, the room was quite spacious, the shower is great and the balcony is surprisingly large.

The fact that there’s no sun-beds at the pool

The location is amazing. So fun. The hotel’s decor and design is very modern and elegant.

The rooms are small but definitely pleasant.

The breakfast was outstanding. The pool on the roof was really nice, nice big towels were provided and there is a bar up there. We loved the large balcony on our room with furniture. The room was beautifully decorated in nice colors, the curtains were floor to ceiling on two walls, the shower was nice and big, there was an espresso machine in the room, big nice TV, there was a fridge, the bedding and towels were good quality, the lobby was stylish with cool furniture and a bar. The location was good, close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and fairly close to the beach. It was quiet.

There was nowhere to hang clothes. Our shoes and clothes became damp in the room, possibly because of an issue with the AC. The lighting in the room could've been better, there were no lamps by the beds. There was not good lighting by the makeup mirror in the bathroom. The workout room was hot, it seemed the air did not circulate well in there, there were no towels or sanitizing wipes provided to clean the equipment, but there was water. There was no separate hair conditioner in the shower (a combo shampoo/conditioner was provided).

The location is great and right in the city center.

There was no running water and the hotel staff was unable to provide immediate assistance. One elevator was not working so waiting time for the elevator was longer than expected. The housekeeping forgot to clean our room.
