המלון חמוד מאד, ממוקם במיקום מעולה, נקי ומושלם לחופשה עירונית. החדר חמוד והמקלחת טובה והכל נקי מאד. מרפסת גג נהדרת ומרווחת וכיף לשבת בערב. יש לציין שהמלון ללא לובי וההתקשרות דרך הווטאפ ובאנגלית.
הכניסה למלון ולחדרים עם קוד שמקבלים בווטאפ, אצלינו אחת החברות נתקעה מחוץ לחדר כי הקוד לא עבד ולקח זמן לסדר זאת בשיחה עם המוקד, לדעתי קיים פער שאין מספיק שירות אנושי במקום. כמו כן, יש פער למי שאינו דובר אנגלית.

Décoration Magnifique . Etablissement neuf. emplacement idéal . Le personnel très très accueillant et serviable avec un grand merci à Raz et son équipe ! ils ont été très professionnels. je recommande sans hésiter cet établissement et j'y re séjournerai avec plaisir.

נהננו מאוד מהמלון! מיקום מושלם, מרחק הליכה מהרבה אזורי עניין, מסעדות, מקומות בילוי, ים. למרות המיקום המרכזי החדרים שקטים ולא רועשים. החדרים נקיים, מעוצבים יפה ונוח. המרפסת גג מהממת וממש נעים לשבת בה. למרות שאין דלפק קבלה פיסי במלון, כל תהליך הצ'ק אין ואאוט, קבלת מידע ותקשורת- בוצעו באופן מעולה. ממליצים בחום :)
