The only downfall is that this awesome condo is really an old home, so it's set up a little differently than what we were used to, the main issue for us was that each bedroom has a door to the outside, but for one of the bedrooms, you had to either go through the other bedroom or go outside to get to the bathroom.Otherwise, it was cute and super convenient to the beach!

We would definitely recommend staying at the cottage and will stay there the next time we are in St Simons.

Loved the wrap around porch with rockers and location close to the beach. On another note, this is a 101 year old house so walls are thin. With that in mind, if noisy adults and rowdy kids are above and/or adjoining, you will hear everything.
