כותרת: ⚠️ WARNING: Undisclosed Major Construction - Property Still Not Updated "DO NOT BOOK - ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE Stayed October 15-19, 2024. This property is in a building undergoing MAJOR RENOVATIONS that management deliberately hides from guests. What you'll actually get: Drilling and hammering from 8:00 AM daily Construction workers on your balcony Broken elevator (couldn't use with luggage) Non-functional shower and toilet Blood stains on walls Cigarette smoke 24/7 Management's response: "We didn't know about the construction" - then offered insulting 26% refund. SHOCKING: One week after our return (October 26), the listing STILL doesn't mention the construction. They're knowingly deceiving future guests. halu! Apartments clearly operates on deception: They either don't inspect their properties (negligence) or deliberately hide major issues (fraud). To families with children: This was traumatic for our kids. Book ANYWHERE else. To Booking.com: How is this property still listed without construction warnings? You're enabling fraud. Save yourself. Book elsewhere

We were 6 persons and were comfortable. Good location. Modern apartment in an old building

Location is ok. Its about a 15 min walk to the center but that is ok. Also, it was easy to walk down from upper Thessaloniki (Agios Pavlos) - approximately 20 mins. The apartment had all of the basic amenities. Three decent sized bedrooms. Two bathroom with good water pressure. However they seemed to share the same hot water tank as we had issues when both showers were being used at the same time.

Parking is an issue. Actually you dont need a car while in Thessaloniki and as this was the last leg of our holiday we returned the car to the airport before our stay (2 days). The apartment is modern, but some of the walls were dirty and a coat of paint would certainly smarten it up. The lift....I have seen that everybody is commenting on this. To be honest, this is an old building and the lift is what it is. It can be a little scary the first time, but we got used to it. The outside of the apartment is also a little grubby. Unfortunately graffiti is a big problem in Thessaloniki and this street has also been effected. In short, you need to look beyond the building from the outside, the public area and the lift. Once in the apartment, everything is generally ok

Very good located, everything what we needed was close. .

Couple hours before we should arrive, we got an call informing us, this accommodation has nonfiction water. Even though they offered us a new accommodation without any other payments. The new apartment was nearby, but the biggest thing, at least for us, was having only one bathroom.

Lovely Stay

We liked everything about this apartment. First of all, it was very central but also out of the hustle bustle of the big city There were three separate bedrooms with decent furniture and two bathrooms so it was perfect for a big group size like ours. The kitchen was beyond my expectations. We could find all the necessary utensils and loved having a big fridge and a freezer. The dishwasher was a real bonus, too. There is a nice, small balcony facing the street but the house is extremely quiet during the night. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable and all the linens and towels were extremely clean. My overall experience with this apartment exceeded my expectations and ı would not hesitate to stay here for the next time. Highly recommended. Thank you...

Parking was not easy at all, but we were lucky to be able to find street parking very close to the house. The elevator was a bit too old and scary.

Superb

Excellent location for exploring the city by foot. Very quiet and safe at night. Super comfortable beds and spacious for four people. Great to have good air-conditioning on hot afternoons. There were a few missing items (trash bags and dishwasher tablets) but the hosts were quick to provide these. We would definitely stay here again!

There are stairs to climb even if there is an elevator. For one person in our party, this was an unexpected difficulty, especially with luggage. The kitchen table is too high for the chairs provided, making the use of it awkward. I suggest the hosts create a house manual with information about the TV, where to put the trash, if recycling is required, etc.

חיפשנו מקום ברמה גבוהה לdecompression אחרי שבוע של פסטיבל בטבע וקיבלנו חוויה מושלמת. המקום היה מדויק לנו מכל בחינה ונראה שבעלי המקום חשבו על הכל. הדירה בprime location קרובה לטברנות טובות ולטיילת, לבית קפה ולנקודות ציון בעיר. כשהגענו חיכו לנו קפסולות קפה, מים, נשנושים ואפילו אבקת כביסה. החדרים היו נקיים מאוד והמיטות נוחות, כל המזגנים קיררו והייתה מרפסת לכל חדר. אפילו במקלחות היו סבונים אורגניים ואיכותיים. משהו בתכנון של הדירה נותן תחושה של בית אמיתי כשלכל חדר יש את הפרטיות שלו ורמת נוחות גבוהה. אפילו המטבח היה מאובזר בכל מה שהיה צריך. החלק הטוב ביותר היה התקשורת עם איוון. גם כשהיינו צריכים עזרה בחצות הוא היה זמין ועזר לנו. ממליצים בחום
