Nice and clean with comfy beds

This property had everything we needed, it is freshly decorated and was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and had a selection of coffee pods available for the coffee machine. The beds are super comfy and the linen was lovely, soft and fresh. The host communication was also very good.

nothing really the whole stay was very simple from checking in and out.

The size of the property was good. Leaving milk and a packet of biscuits.

When we arrived we had to wash all crockery,cutlery and saucepans. They really were not clean. 2 of the coffee cups were brown. Saucepans grimy. The drawer under oven was greasy (we didn’t clean as it was disgusting). The garden was a good size, but a load of rubbish, camping stove, fire extinguisher beside shed, chairs and table dirty/ rusty. Bottle of used cigarettes butts on wall. 2 of the dining chairs broken. 1 was in corner though that one was better than the one at table. No coat hooks , so if we had wet coats nowhere to put them. There was no oven gloves, mixing bowl, not enough plates for 6 , the same not enough bowls. Not even a frying pan. There was a coffee machine though couldn’t use as no fuse in plug. Three pods nice touch, though couldn’t use. Couldn’t understand why all beds were single ( maybe a university lodging or used by workman). Overall disappointing.
