This roomy, open floor concept, two floor condo is perfect for a small family, or a few couples. It’s close to the beautiful sandy beaches, golfing, fishing, shopping and restaurants. This beach escape condo features a well-equipped full kitchen with center-island and dining table perfect for meals and family game time. The comfortable living area includes a big screen TV with Roku and Spectrum for streaming. For relaxing and barbequing, there is a private patio area complete with table, chairs and gas grill. You can also take advantage of the shared seasonal pool or tennis/basketball court just yards away.

Spacious. Downstairs 1/2 bath is a great bonus. Nice kitchen. Loved having private patio. Owner straightforward and easy to deal with. Excellent location for attractions north and south. We were not required to do a 7 day stay which was appreciated.

We absolutely loved it here! It’s such a cute place and was very clean and even roomier than the photos can do justice. Owners are SO nice and very responsive. Location is great and the neighborhood was so relaxed and not at all crowded. If we come back to OBX one day, we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We were lead to believe that we were closer to the beach. The virtual tour looked like everything on one level, however steep staircase to second floor bedrooms. Mattress in master uncomfortable. We left on third day of 6 day stay
