Top of the line Home Theater with 120" screen, recliners, Dolby Atmos System with 11 speakers, shakers on the seats, Roku.
Full size fridge with top freezer, microwave, small toaster oven/airfryer, hot plate.
Laundry with washer, dryer, utility sink.
Private salt water swimming pool.
Our Property Manager lives upstairs, if the guest needs any special attention.
You can check our reviews to see that the house is extremely clean. However, on top of our regular deep cleaning, we will sanitize:
* Door knobs.
* Cabinets.
* TV remotes.
* Appliances.
* Lights and fan switches.
* Thermostat.
* Arcade.
* Furniture.

Limited parking, two cars max.

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started (toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent).

Lizards, mosquitoes, Palmetto bugs and ants are a part of North Carolina's nature and quite common in the area. We have professional Pest Control inspecting and treating all our properties, however, mother nature can be more powerful. Please keep doors and windows closed and all food concealed and closed.

Host was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. Property was very clean and tidy, the Movie Theater & Arcade was a huge hit with our son!!

We didn't get to enjoy the pool because it was closed. The Apt was super clean. The only thing I didn't like like was that the kitchen didn't have a stove.

The home was very clean and ready for our stay, we loved the theater room and the arcade! We had a blast. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had.
