About this farm stay rental
The entire property Cozy , comfortable fully furnished 4 bedroom space with additional simple finished room in attic , and front porch and parking , we live off the property but only a few miles away and always available by phone and Happy to help , we are a young Amish family and we enjoy meeting our guests and being as hospitable as possible with camping area. The farm is also open for farm visit with baby animals baby ponies baby goats and a baby kitten we also give and horse and buggy rides for the children , also let the children do chores horses and give some treats .we also offer supervised catch and release fishing in our farm pond with prior arrangement . Places to eat near by (6 min.)white horse luncheonette delicious homemade food .also(20 min.) shady maple buffet homemade food delicious.(20 min) from intercourse attractions the park to take walks and shop the Amish shops.(9 min.) from Hi

My niece was visiting my father, and they wanted to visit Amish country, we could only go for one night. That made choices limited, but very happy that our host allowed it. Place is dated, but very quaint, and clean, and was perfect for us with three very clean bedrooms, to include one on the main level, perfect for my 83-year-old father. Also, we had the opportunity to visits Amish hosts lovely farm and family, they were so welcoming, and they took niece and Dad on an authentic buggy ride, they could have not been more thrilled, not to mention petting horses. My father is someone that is very content with just stay home, but he had a great time and talked about the buggy ride, and the experience of sitting on the porch and watching the buggies go by, all the way back to Virginia. Highly recommend the stay and the jump on any opportunity to visit the farm.

We had a great time, there was one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. There was a third floor we didn't use. We could hear horse and buggies passing by which was very nice. The backyard is pastoral with lots of cows to the left side. Shirt drive to get to Kitchen Kettle and various restaurants and goat dairy farms and shops. The host gave us a horse and buggy ride which was amazing.

This is, as described, an old house. However, everything worked and the entertainment was terrific. The grandkids loved the toys and the inflatable water slide. A visit with the farm animals and the authentic Amish buggy rides were included with the fare. The owner, David Stoltzfus is a genuine pleasure to speak with and his kids are more than willing to help as well.

The one thing that caught my eye about staying at this location was the bouncy house/waterslide for the kids to have something to do. However, the bouncy house was rolled in a ball input in the shed. Also, most of the lightbulbs in the house were blown, so the lighting was very poor. Other than that, it was a great stay.
