Plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars within reach! Passyunk Square (voted top 10 foodie street in America) is just 10 blocks! Local transit close by with the subway 6 blocks away!

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in downtown Philadelphia (Point Breeze). A short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. Point Breeze is a multicultural neighborhood in South Philadelphia. Rittenhouse Square/Graduate Hospital are the northern bordering neighborhoods, and Passyunk Square lies just a few blocks to its east (top 10 foodie street in america!).
Anchored by edgy coffee shops and dive bars, this up-and-coming, culturally diverse neighborhood draws a laid-back crowd of locals. Casual Vietnamese and Mexican eateries sit side by side with chef-owned gastropubs serving craft beer. Probably the nicest urban rental I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in many. Spacious, well appointed, lots of bathrooms, outdoor space, easy access, great roof deck, very responsive management. Highly recommended for a large group.
