Includes two king-size beds (plus additional sleeping for 3), a fully stocked kitchen, super-fast internet access, a 50-inch smart TV for the living room, two TVs for both bedrooms, washer/dryer, barbecue, beach accessories, and more.
The home provides multiple areas for relaxing, entertaining, and dining, including an eat-in kitchen featuring hand-painted cabinets designed by local artist/author Ann Gedney, a separate dining room, and a comfortable living room with a Smart TV set up to stream all of your favorite shows.
The layout is perfectly suited for families and guests with split bedrooms and baths for privacy, plus additional sleeping for three. Both the lanai and outdoor patio offer relaxation day to night with ample sun and shade during the day, plus full nighttime patio lighting for fun-filled evenings. Also note, the backyard is fully enclosed with a fence, so it is ideal for guests with pets.

This VRBO is PERFECT! From the bright openness of the home, to the perfect, quiet, location, to the beautiful tropical back yard -- this place is made for relaxing, enjoying and making memories. The property is in excellent condition and repair and immaculately clean. The beds, pillows and furniture are all very comfortable. We loved the convenice of the location to the beaches, to great restaurants and to historical downtown Venice. The fenced backyard was perfect and more importantly safe for our 14.5 dog. As a visitor to a good number of VRBOs in the past, I can say, without any hesitation, this place is at the top of our list to stay in again and again. The owner, Jackie, is quick to respond and very gracious. Honestly we have found the only VRBO for us each time that we visit the Venice area. If I could give this property and Jackie 100 stars 🌟 I would so do. In closing -- it's PERFECT!! dp

The house was perfect for our trip with great internet so we could work in the morning and then head out to the beach. Jackie was very responsive from the moment I made the reservation through arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the house for a visit to Venice.

We LOVED this property (so did our two corgis😉)! Perfect location, clean spacious home, wonderful property owner...I could go on and on. Our pups loved running around in the fenced back yard and sizeable lanai - we were extremely happy with our stay and would love to book again (the only draw back I see at the moment is that is not available until after April 😞)
BTW, I'm a huge fan of terrazzo flooring so that was an added bonus

We LOVED the property!! It was perfect for my husband, myself and two active dogs!! Backyard was perfect!
The hosts were very responsive to our questions.
