Nothing I can think of

Lovely big king size double bed (could be twin beds) room with access to the patio and garden. Nice bathroom with shower over the bath. Superb views from the room and patio. Very cordial and helpful hosts with extensive knowledge of the area, with tips where to eat and drink. Best of all a delicious and generous Full Cornish breakfast each morning.

Friendly, warm hosts; flexible and helpful with a couple of non-standard requests; it is a homely place where you are made to feel welcome; cold breakfast options were good, even including a decent yoghurt.

Our room was dusty and there were biscuit crumbs on one of the sides. It felt like it had not been cleaned thoroughly for some time. The whole place seemed a bit tired. The cooked breakfast options were fairly basic, processed, and heavy - just very average for a guest house - so I have no idea why some reviewers have called the breakfast "amazing". The place was nice overall, but like one of the other reviewers has commented, our experience did not correspond with the strangely excessive positive reviews on here.
