Sterling Lodge

located slightly above town center still within walking distance (15min). three houses share the site but each has its privacy/garden. Vegetation is grown a bit since the pictures were taken. The house is well equiped and has two bathrooms. We did not miss anything during our 5 day stay. The tourist maps provided were helpful and inspiring. There are many hiking routes in the area and we definitely recommend the Mrtvica gorge hike as well as horse riding on the plateau above the city. Our kids loved the two cats and the old dog. The aircon provided great heating during a freezing summer rain day.

The outdoor light likely needs some maintenance.

The location in the wild nature. The equipped living room and kitchen. And the overall cleanliness of the property.

No screening on the window prevents us from enjoying the fresh air. Bad smell from the drain.

We had a wonderful stay at this warm, cozy house – it truly felt like a home away from home. It was fully equipped with everything our family needed (the kitchen had all the tools and the living areas were so comfy) and our kids immediately felt at ease. The location was perfect: tucked away in a peaceful park setting, it was quiet and relaxing, yet just a short drive into town for groceries and dining out. We loved having that ideal balance of nature and convenience and would highly recommend this place to any family looking for a comfortable getaway.
