A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk to the city center, while still tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. Apartment is super cozy, modern, and beautifully arranged. The brand-new furniture and equipment show great attention to detail, and everything you could possibly need is provided. The host was friendly and welcoming, and helpful. Plus, the on-site parking was a huge bonus. This apartment truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

One suggestion would be to simplify the TV setup with the remote, as I couldn’t figure it out. However, with the excellent internet, using our phones instead was perfectly fine 😊

Complete and modern.

Completelly deserved 4 stars. Clean, well equiped. Close to city center and to the main highway. Safe parking place.

I spilled coffee on the kitchen wall. On the check out, host insisted there is no need for me to pay for it. I would be happier if I payed for damage but I have to respect their decision. It leaves me only to give them the best review I can. Apart from that, nothing I can think of.

Superb

Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Comfortable and quiet. Still and sparkling and water provided and sweets, and there’s a washing machine.

Just a couple of things to iron out. check in was a bit messy. Had to phone the owner to get the keys and then shown to the wrong apartment initially. All quite quick though . No instructions in the apartment for use of any of the appliances so couldn’t get the central heating to come on and it was a bit chilly and had to ask for the WiFi code. Fortunately one of the people who showed us the apartment lived downstairs so could give us the WiFi code.

Nice apartment, but cheating with payment

The apartment is fine. It is modern, stylish, and warm. It is near the center so you can reach shops or restaurants on foot.

Despite there is a kitchen in the apartment, it is poor equipped. I had to ask to give me the pot and pan. But there were no sponge, dishwashing gel, plates, spatula, oil for cooking. There was no even kettle and I had to boil water in the pot or a small coffee turk. And the worst, when I arrived, the host told me that apartment costs 70 eur per night despite it costs 40 eur on the Booking. He said that Booking gives the discount without his knowledge. Finally, he took 150 eur per 3 nights instead of 125 eur. It seems to me that he deceived me. Anyway, the host's business with Booking is not my stuff. Maybe he shouldn't work with Booking if he doesn't know how to do this or doesn't want to follow rules!

Luka was efficient and friendly, the location is super central, and the quality and cleanliness of the room was like a 5-star hotel! I'll definitely be booking here again for my next trip to Kolašin.

I have tried so many places in Kolashin but nothing comes close to this one.There is nothing to disslike , good location , very good apartament space , nice brand new furniture .. i would recommend this to everyone that really wants to enjoy after skiing moments.
