Rustic house

Host was waiting for us when we arrived, very friendly. She gave us a guided tour of the property. There was plenty of parking and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. Comfy beds and good shower. Host had left, fresh milk, orange juice and Grappa. Property has a loggia that faces the morning sun so a good place to have breakfast. It is well located for the Kolasin ski resorts and can thoroughly recommend the chair lift in Kolasin 1600, even in summer the views from the top are incredible.

We were there in a very hot spell, there is an air con unit downstairs, but one for upstairs would be helpful.

The location is good, not in the center of the town but 4 minutes ride with the car. the house were very clean and the kitchen is great. Parking just out of the house is great.

The wifi was very too slow for family with kids, hot water in the shower wasn't enough for all of us and the sleeping room was a bit small for 3 people each room.

An absolute gem! Mirjana is the warmest host we’ve ever met, and her father is a true gentleman. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by a lovely garden. Just a 300 meter's walk to the town center. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to return!
