Another wonderful stay at Apartmani Scepanovic!

Wonderful hosts, immaculately clean, well-equipped, surrounded by a lovely garden, centrally located (within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants), ample parking. Could not be more satisfied with my choice of accomodation!

I spent 4 days in a studio on this property as a solo traveller in July 2025. It was my first visit to Kolasin: I came in order to participate in the tango summer camp, with many indoor and outdoor activities planned day and night, so I was looking for a base close to the city center where I could sleep comfortably, move around easily, and make my own breakfast in the morning. My expectations were not only met; they were largely exceeded. The property is situated literally steps away from the very center of Kolasin, with all the local conveniences (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc.) accessible on foot within minutes; yet it is set in a large, idyllic courtyard with flowers and trees, offering perfect piece and quiet, guaranteed good night’s sleep, and a lovely private porch surrounded by greenery to enjoy a drink or a light meal. The studio is small, but fully equipped, with intelligence and charm, in such a way as to satisfy every basic need, including a tiny tea kitchen. The beds are comfortable and everything is sparkling clean. The hosts - a sweet elderly couple -offered me a warm welcome with delicious local drinks and were always there to help and advise me whenever I needed them, but otherwise remained discreet and non-intrusive, allowing me to enjoy my privacy. In conclusion: excellent accommodation on a top location and outstanding hospitality. I will be back for sure.

There is truly nothing I disliked or found fault with. My only recommendation would be to take the larger apartment on the same property if you are planing to hang out at home a lot or would enjoy doing your own cooking beyond a breakfast or a light meal. The larger apartment is very spacious, with a full kitchen and a living room, so I can see myself very well hanging out there with friends or family during long winter evenings.

Extremely hospitable hosts, an immaculately clean and charming studio apartment surrounded by a lovely garden, in a peaceful but centrally located setting. The unit has a seperate entrance and private veranda. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend highly to others visiting Kolasin.

Very good location

Very good location, friendly hosts and exceptional clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the main square with bars and restaurants. A 5 minute walk (even in ski boots) to the ski hire and free ski bus stop.

It was big kitchent n have complete equipment. So easy for breakfast we can cook. Or you can go rest it very near

Amazing apartments

Amazing apartments! We chose excelent,comfortable apartment who has everything you need for a great stay. Inside everything exudes luxury. Yard and parking are great, in this warm days we like the shade that this apartments has. The hosts are kind , we had very nice time with Dragica. She reccomended us what to visit in Kolasin. The quality and cleanliness of the apartment are at the highest level. Warm reccomendstions!!!

Very clean, living room is nice compared to the photos. 3 minutes walk to City center and 3 minutes walk to good restaurant. Good wifi Waching machine in the bathroom available for €5.

Kolasin apartments

Absolutely great place situated in a fantastic nature. The rooms are spotless clean and comfortable, beds are great, bathroom is large enough. All is situated in a very nice grassy yard between old apple trees. Peaceful and very quiet place. Veranda with 2 chairs and a table gives you a place for relax. Host family is great, friendly and hospitable people, always ready to help and make your stay like at home. Close to town center, few minutes walk. All the amenities are superb for a countryside relax vacation. Also close to mountain and the ski runs. Fully recommend the place.

It was warm and cosy for a winter ski break . The hosts brought fresh baked goods to the apartment on a number of occasions and welcomed us with a drink. The location was perfect for reaching shops and restaurants on foot. We had a lovely stay.
