L'appartement est neuf, bien décoré, avec des matériaux de qualité, les lits sont confortables et le canapé-lit aussi. Le secteur est calme, nous sommes à proximité du centre, c'était parfait.
Le parking en sous-sol, avec accès par l'ascenseur est également un vrai plus.
Deux point négatifs qui n'ont pas gâché mon séjour mais que je trouve dommage sur un appartement neuf, aucun des volets roulant électriques ne fonctionnaient bien, un est même resté bloqué car il s'est décroché en descendant. Et le chauffe eau a une légère fuite. Je l'ai signalé au propriétaire.
