The property was very quiet and hidden, even though it was on a street. The location was perfect, walkable to all the sites. Our room was very comfortable, but it was the staff, especially Trish, that made it such a warm, memorable experience!
The WiFi was a little spotty, and we had an issue with the sink faucet.

Small boutique hotel in the old part of the city with a garden was the immediate attraction
Breakfast was poor…small choices on offer & quite often had to ask for what was there to be replenished. The only coffee choice was a small espresso machine & even trying to have a tea we had to ask for the more hot water. Generally everything else was ok apart from twice having to have new key cards for our room as we were unable to gain access. Also on one occasion a new guest couple were given a key to our room & entered our room whilst thank goodness we were in the room.
