Great stay at Pelamero Arsenal Port. The building is a beautiful traditional palazzo with a large entrance leading to a charming inner courtyard, which makes it feel very authentic and unique.
The location is excellent—right next to the port in a quiet residential area. There are diffrent buses and supermarkets nearby, so everything is convenient. If you prefer a peaceful area, this is a great choice.
Before I arrived, the property contacted me on WhatsApp with a welcome message and clear check-in instructions, which made everything very easy.
Clean, comfortable, and well organized. I would definitely stay here again.

Struttura semplice da raggiungere è servita dai mezzi, defilata dal traffico principale nonostante sia vicina alle bretelle principali, check in rapido e personale disponibile.
Si potrebbe gestire meglio lo spazio comune della cucina con qualche stoviglia in più.

Pulizia da 5 stelle e struttura nuova molto organizzata.
Al risveglio ricordando l'orario della colazione dalla ore 8:00 alle 9:30 segnalato ovunque insieme alla dicitura "LA COLAZIONE LA OFFRE IL B&B" arriviamo nella sala colazione e...... nulla, il nulla totale nemmeno una cialda per farsi un caffè o una fetta biscottate.... in pratica la sala colazione dalla notte al mattino non era cambiato nulla. Spero che per questa scena ci sia una motivazione e che non sia solo negligenza da chi lo gestisce. Mi piacerebbe leggere la versione del gestore....
