Le logement est spacieux, avec 2 terrasses et les 3 salles de bain sont très appréciables La climatisation est dans tout l’appartement

Le ménage n’était pas parfait et le mitigeur d’une des douches était cassé. L’ouvrier est venu le réparer le jour de notre départ.

The property has a great location close to the beach. We liked having a full sized kitchen and the AC worked well. The apt is very spacious.

This apt has a huge flaw design. The bathroom in the upstairs bedroom has no bathroom door AND no shower door or proper drainage for the shower. This causes water to leak EVERYWHERE and essentially the upstairs bathroom shower is unusable. The shower water also wouldn’t turn off causing the shower to leak and flood the bathroom for most of the duration of our stay. Maintenance was not prompt in the resolution of this issue despite contacting the property many times. Also, the shower on the main floor has valves that won’t turn without assistance using a towel and the water in the shower will not get particularly hot. The doors of the building are also cumbersome to unlock and lock. There is a lot of neglected maintenance work on this unit.
